Can I cancel my order after I have already checked out?
- Go to your Account and click on “Order” to check the status.
- You can still cancel your order if the status is “Order confirmed”

- However, if your order status shows “Ready to Ship” or “Shipped”, you will not be able to cancel your order anymore.
If you would still like to return the order, then please start the refund process after you have received
your package.
