We assess each Return and Refund request on a case by case basis.

Here’s the basic Guideline if you wish to return a product to us:

Within 3 days of receiving your package, you need to file a “Warranty Request”.
Go in to “My Account” and log in.
Go to “My Orders” and click on the order and the products you wish to return
Click on “Warranty Request”
Fill in the reason for requesting a return and click Submit.

Within 3 working days of filing your ‘Warranty Request’, please ship the products back to us
Please return the products in its original form to us within 3 working days

Once we receive your returned products, we will start to process your request. Processing of such request usually takes about 7 working days.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email from us with the refunded amount stored as Credits under your Account.

You can use these Credits to make another purchase
