Within 2 days of receiving the orders you have to inform us about the missing item(s)
Once we received your request, we will look into it and within 5 working days, come back to you with a status update. If your request is approved, you will be notified either via a Whatsapp message, a phone call or an email.

The options that would then be presented to you include:
Send the missing items to you (We will bear the delivery charges)
Refund for the missing items
