2) Tell us:
Your order number
Which is the item(s) that are damaged/ expired (barcode of the wrong item)
Quantity of the damaged/ expired items

3) Time frame:
Within 2 days of receiving the orders you have to inform us about the damaged/ expired item(s)
Mail the damaged/ expired item(s) back to us, within 3 working days
Once we received your returned items, we will look into it and within 5 working days, we would confirm whether your request is accepted or not. You will be notify either via a Whatsapp message or an email.

The following options would then be presented to you:
Replace the damaged/ expired products (We will bear the delivery charges)
