In the event that is not possible, unfortunately there will be a RM10 Logistic Fee on top of the delivery charges for the next scheduled trip to you.

Loco Direct shall also reserve the right to reject future services to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries.

We have to be strict about this, because we have made a commitment to serve all our customers to the best of our abilities. And if we have too many of such failed attempts it will affect our operational efficiency and ability to carry out our promise to other customers.
