Reasons for returning

You will then need to send the products back to us via courier services within 3 days after notifying us. Please keep in mind the following:
Returned products should be in its original condition
Return products are not used or opened

Once we received your products, we will start the assessment process. Each return is treated on a case-by-case basis. This process usually takes 5 working days.

If your return request is accepted by us, you will receive an email notification from us. We would then offer you two alternatives:
