When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/ or SMS notification from us to advise you that it is on its way. How do I check the delivery charges when placing an order?
Can you deliver to my office?
Yes we absolutely can. Just key in your office address in the delivery address before you check out. Leave us instructions on how to assess your office if there are any special requirements. You may also opt to pick up your order by meeting our delivery team at your office lobby.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Yes we do.
Can I send an order to a different address from my billing address?
Yes you may. You can approach this in 2 ways: If your delivery address is always going to be different from your billing address, then the easiest way for you is to go to “My Account”, Log in and go to “Addresses”. Key in the two different addresses. Once you set this in, then every time when you check out your cart, your billing and delivery addresses will automatically be filled in. You do not have to do anything else, other than check and then click “Next” Alternative
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will get your order ready to be shipped within 48 hours. The actual delivery timeline would depend on your address and our delivery partners schedule. A rough estimate would be within 3-5 working days after we have shipped your order.
Can I choose the date of delivery?
Yes you may. Upon check out, you will be asked to choose your preferred date of delivery.
Can you deliver to customers outside of Malaysia?
Yes we do, but on a case-by-case basis. We deliver everywhere within Peninsula Malaysia. What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can happen. Whenever possible, please inform our team at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery slot. You can contact our service team through these various ways: In the event that is not possible, unfortunately there will be a RM10 Logistic Fee on top of the delivery charges for the next scheduled trip to you. Can I choose the time of delivery?
You may choose between a few time range that it's most convenient for us to deliver. You can do so upon check out where after choosing the date, you can choose the time slots.
How much are the delivery charges?
Depends on the addresses you have asked us to deliver. Here’s a basic guideline: Orders valued at RM150 and above - Free Delivery Below RM150 - RM10 shipping fee
Can I pick up my order?
Currently Self-collection is not part of our service offering. However, it is in the pipeline. We are planning to launch it in the near future. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter, we will announce it via these channels.
How do I track my order?
Go to “My Account” and “My Orders”. You will see the status of your package: Processing Ready to ship Shipped Once your package has left our warehouse and is being shipped to you, you will receive an email from our Courier Partner that contains the tracking number. You can track your package using that number.
I can’t track my order on the courier tracking page. What do I need to do?

Which are the locations you deliver to in Malaysia?
Everywhere. However, shipping charges could differ if you are out of the Klang Valley and Selangor area. Please check your shipping charges before you check out your cart.
