How do I know if my payment was successful or not?
When your payment is successful, you will see this message on screen “Transaction Successful” You will also receive an email confirmation You can also go to “My Account” on our website. Under “Orders” you should see the order number, the date of purchase, the current status of your order, the total amount paid and a downloadable copy of your invoice (a.k.a “Receipt”).
Where can I get an official receipt?
Two ways: Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation from us. That email contains an attachment of your official invoice (a.ka. “receipt). You may also go to our website, go to “My Account” and log in, under “Orders”, look for the Order Number and next to it is a tab call “Invoice”. Click on that to download a copy of your invoice (a.ka. “receipt).
