How would I know if you have already given me the refund?
How do I return an item or items?
We assess each Return and Refund request on a case by case basis. Here’s the basic Guideline if you wish to return a product to us: Within 3 days of receiving your package, you need to file a “Warranty Request”. Go in to “My Account” and log in. Go to “My Orders” and click on the order and the products you wish to return Click on “Warranty Request” Fill in the reason for requesting a return and click Submit. __Within 3 working days of filing your ‘Warranty Request’, please ship

How would I get my money back from the items I have returned?
You would get your Refund via store credits deposited into your Loco Direct Account. If you go to ‘My Account’ and Log in. Go to ‘Store Credit’, you will see the amount reflected there. You may use the store credit in your next purchase by indicating it before you check out your cart.
Can I return an item after the Loco Direct Return Grace Period?
We do not accept any returns after the Grace period of 2 days. However, if you wish to pursue the request due to special circumstances, please contact us directly.
